Villa Sunrise

Hier entsteht unser neues Ferienhaus Villa Sunrise in gewohnter Qualität...... mit dem traumhaften Blick auf die gesamte Bucht von Kalamata.

Das Haus befindet sich  in der Nachbarschaft von Villa Ocean View.

Fertigstellung wird im März 2025 sein.

Das Ferienhaus hat 100 qm.  Neben dem Wohn-und Essbereich finden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder und große Terrassen von denen man den Rundumblick in vollen Zügen genießen kann.

Und,.... es entseht ein einen schöner Infinity-Pool.

Our new holiday home Villa Sunrise is being built here in the usual quality...... with a fantastic view of the entire bay of Kalamata.

The house is in the neighborhood of Villa Ocean View.

Completion will be in March 2025.

The holiday home is 100 square meters. In addition to the living and dining area, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and large terraces from which you can fully enjoy the panoramic view. And,.... a beautiful infinity pool is being created.

So wird es nach Fertigstellung aussehen.

Die Terrassen erhalten Vordächer zur Beschattung und am Pool entsteht eine gemütliche Pergola.

Und dazu kommen natürlich noch Pflanzen und bequeme Sitzgruppen.

This is what it will look like when it is finished. The terraces will have canopies for shade and a cozy pergola will be built by the pool. And of course there will also be plants and comfortable seating areas.
